Ray and Pia were both born and raised in Texas and met at The University of Texas at Austin. They've been married for 11 short years, and have three rambunctious children who keep them busy exploring the city and traveling. Ray got his start in structural engineering but, after several years in the industry, realized he had a long-term dream of owning his own business, so he went back to school and got an MBA from Purdue University. After a lengthy career at Amazon leading operations for various new and emerging businesses, he decided to go out on his own with IMAGE Studios. Pia has been in public relations nearly 18 years and started her career in NYC working in beauty PR. She currently works on the Amazon PR team where she has spent the last nine years. They chose IMAGE Studios because they love the idea of getting to work with inspiring small business owners, and believe it's a great way to connect with people in their community.
