So D, how long have you been in the barber business? – After barber school I have been cutting for about 2 years.
And what motivated you to get into this business? – On my first day of walking into The Barber School I immediately pictured myself doing this. It is a fun career that I get to meet new people in every day!
That’s exciting! So what keeps you passionate about your job now? – The thing that keeps me passionate about my career is the connections I get to have with people. I get to meet so many interesting people and hear about their lives. I also enjoy that amazing moment when they look in the mirror and love their haircut. Knowing that they are walking out of my shop feeling more confident is the best feeling.
Well said D. What else do we need to know about you? – That every single haircut I do I have my own level of standards. I do not settle for less and I want each haircut to be perfect.
