Meet Jess Parkinson – Salt Lake City hairstylist in studio 121 who is making a name and career for herself. She graduated top in her class and won a fantasy competition in 2014 for her hair. She is also a color specialist and a nail artist that is dedicated to each clients beauty.

How long have you been in the business for? – Coming up on a year!
Tell me about the moment you realized this is what you wanted to do? – Actually growing up my mom was a makeup artist! So I have always had a desire to work in the beauty industry, you could say it’s a part of me. When I was 19 and wondering what direction I wanted to go with my life my friend mentioned I should go with my passion in hair. I jumped right on it and little did I know that I would grow into it and love what I do!
So how did Image Studios help you with your dream? – With pretty much everything! I love Image Studios because of the location, convenience, management, and freedom I have with my studio.
What is your favorite thing about your job? – My clients! They have become some of my best friends!
