Randy Smith is the founder and CEO of Heritage Carpet and Tile, Inc., the largest flooring contractor for residential home builders in Florida, and one of the top 10 in the U.S. He started this company in 1983 with his family after relocating from the San Francisco Bay Area. Under his leadership in the 90’s, the company expanded to eleven locations in four states. Heritage Carpet and Tile was recognized as a preferred contractor of national homebuilders such as Pulte Homes, Lennar Homes, Toll Brothers, and Centex Homes. In 2019, he sold his company to private equity but maintains his role as President and holds an equity interest along with members of his family that are still employed and stockholders as well. Randy is also an active investor and developer in commercial and residential real estate with holdings of office, industrial, retail, and residential properties. He looks forward to utilizing his business expertise with the IMAGE Studios brand.
