Brent is part of our legal team and manages the acquisition and enforcement of our intellectual property assets. He has practiced intellectual property law at Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough for nineteen years and has advised a wide range of clients, from start-up companies to global franchisors, on U.S. and foreign patent, trademark and copyright strategies. He has represented hundreds of local, national and international businesses in acquiring and protecting U.S. and international trademark rights in proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and the World Intellectual Property Organization. He is also a registered patent attorney.
