Steps to Ownership with IMAGE Studios

First things first—welcome! We're excited to meet you! Once you've expressed interest in owning a franchise, we'll schedule a welcome call with one of our representatives.

During this call, we'll introduce ourselves and give you an overview of the salon suite concept. This is also an excellent opportunity to get to know each other and determine if we're a good fit.

If things seem like a good fit during the welcome call, we'll pass along our Franchise Disclosure Document and set up another call. You can review this document at your own pace and ask any questions you may have during the disclosure call.

This will give you a more in-depth understanding of our franchise model, costs, and expectations.

We'll also review the ideal location and site criteria for our salon suite franchise. Our team has extensive experience in site selection and will guide you through this process for your new business.

We'll also discuss market analysis, construction timelines, and any necessary permits or approvals. We want you to have a clear understanding of the buildout process and feel confident in your chosen location.

In this step, you'll learn about our franchise operations support and branding. We'll provide you with the necessary software and training to run your salon suite franchise effectively.

We'll also discuss the importance of maintaining brand consistency so your business will thrive under our established name and reputation. Don't worry—we have a team dedicated to assisting you with any operational or branding questions along the way.

At IMAGE Studios, we’re dedicated to fostering a community—both among the talented beauty professionals who bring our salons to life and within our network of owners. In this step, you'll have the opportunity to speak with current owners and ask any questions about their experience with our franchise.

We believe in transparency and want you to hear firsthand accounts from those who have already gone through the process.

If you make it this far in our discovery process you will have the opportunity to join a video call with our founder Jason Olsen to learn about the history behind the brand, the size of the beauty industry, and what his vision is for the company over the next several years and beyond. He will also interview you to find out more about your professional background, goals and aspirations, as well as what other strengths and skills you possess.

This will also be a great opportunity for you to learn more about our company culture and vision, ask any pressing questions, and to ultimately make sure this will be a good fit between you and IMAGE.

The final step before becoming a franchise owner is our Virtual Meet the Team Day event. This will give you the chance to meet the rest of our leadership team and get a feel for our company culture.

We'll also go over any final details and answer any last-minute questions before signing the franchise agreement. We want you to feel fully confident and excited as you take this leap into business ownership.

Congratulations, you've made it to the final step! Once all your questions have been answered and we're both ready to move forward, we'll send you the final franchise agreement to sign.

After this step, you'll officially be a part of the IMAGE Studios family and have access to all our resources and support as you embark on your journey as a salon suite franchise owner!
